What Is P.L.A.O. ?
Professional Listener and Observer
Problems disappear when you are doing something you love and enter a flow state of mind. These activities have gotten me through challenging times in life. Unfortunately, those challenges can still be there once the activity is done.

P.L.A.O. is about getting to the root cause of challenges in your life and using physical activity as a tool in overcoming those challenges. Having an objective perspective on the challenges you face is a great first step in overcoming them. I try to vocalize those inner thoughts you're having and support your growth.

How Does It Work?

Free Consultation
Meet with me in person, over the phone, or on a video call. We'll get to know each other and see if there's a fit.
STEP 2
Co-Construct a plan
Work together to set measurable goals and devise a plan of action on how to achieve those goals.
STEP 3
Consistency/Execution
Life is full of ups and downs. It's important to remain focused and consistent with the plan we co-construct. I will be there to provide support along the way.
